TRI-C STUDENT SCHOLAR CARDS

A community college foundation wanted to feature scholarship students in multiple ways during a fundraising luncheon. This series of cards featuring scholarship recipients was created, and a set of cards was placed at each seat at the Foundation's Presidential Scholarship Luncheon.

My Role: Identified, vetted, and selected students; coordinated photo sessions; selected student quotes; coordinated design and approved final proofing

Fun Fact: A similar series from the previous year won a Silver Medallion Award of Achievement (Nifty & Thrifty category) from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR).

CONVENTION SIGNAGE

A well-established professional membership association required signage for its annual meeting. The meeting spans 4-days and serves an annual attendance of 1,600 physicians and scientists within a large-scale venue (convention center or conference hotel).
​
My Role: Designed all signage, ranging from 22 x 28 easel-mounted room signage to large-scale structural pieces (pictured); assessed all signage needs, including directional, programming, and informational; sent files to printer and completed proofing; completed on-site review for proper placement and daily change-out
